I recently purchased 33 Lenovos with the built-in Sierra MC5725 EVDO cards. None of which will connect to Broadband Access in known BroadBand Access coverage areas. They all connect just fine to National, but no BroadBand.
I've already spent days talking to Verizon and Lenovo. Anybody got suggestions? I've tried reinstalling, restoring, Access Connections, the works.

Thanks In Advance...

I'm having a similar problem with a Lenovo T61. I have the internal Sierra EVDO card (MC5725). It worked for the first couple of months just fine. It then started working intermittently (I assumed it was a VZW problem). Then it would only connect National Access. I had the card changed yesterday. It worked fine. After one day, it reverted back to the mode of only connecting National Access. I find it hard to believe that I've got two bad MC5725 cards.

By the way, I'm also within sight of a VZW tower and have good EVDO connection on my VZW cellphone. When I use an older PCMCIA Sierra card, it works fine.

I have had the exact same problem with my T61p. The only thing I could do is swap out the internal card with another unactivated unit and that worked fine.. for about two more months, now I'm back to where I was before- Getting national access only. This is very odd. Anybody get anywhere with this?
