The link type should be set to Ethernet. The Linksys is not doing PPP or PPPoE to the CTR350, it's just doing ethernet and dhcp. In other words, it is a client not a router, just like your PC. But this is not the way to use your Linksys with a CTR350. Just use the LAN ports on the Linksys. Ignore the internet port. Don't connect it to anything. Configure the Linksys to disable the DHCP service. It will act as a switch, and won't need any configuration at all. The CTR350 will assign IP addresses to your LAN ports.
