not seeing my evdo cmotech cdma - ccu-550
any body with success on this one

Are you using the latest franklin software? If not, go to the franklin site and grab the latest version (110a33). Scroll down to the very bottom of the downloads page and you'll see the note for Mac Leopard users.

The same problem with CNU-680.
New software doesnt' help.

What else can be done?

I recall there being an issue with the installer not being able to put something in StartupItems. Contact Tech Support - they have a tip sheet.
