CradlePoint PHS300 Availability Information

This thread will give the latest shipping information on the CradlePoint PHS300.

Initially we were told that the PHS300 would get to us by 12/12.

We got word from CradlePoint today that we are getting a shipment direct from Taiwan and it will be arriving on 12/17. To allow for customs or other delays, we are now quoting 12/20 as the ship date.

3Gstore.com is the only source of the PHS300 initially, so if you want one, place your order. Your credit card will not be charged until we ship.

Also, 3Gstore.com is the only place to get a PHS300 right now. In fact, if you go to the order page on CradlePoint to purchase, you will automatically be redirected to 3Gstore.com.

We will keep this thread locked and as additional info becomes available, we will update this thread.

We will be shipping PHS300s in the order that they were placed.

We have some disappointing news... the PHS300's have not made it onto the plane that will bring them from the manufacturing partner in Taiwan.

Its now expected that they will arrive on U.S. soil sometime on Friday - December 21st - and the chances that they will smoothly go through customs and make it to our warehouse that same day, are only about 50/50 at best.

As a result of this new development, we will not announce a new date we expect to ship out the PHS300's until we actually have them in our possession at the warehouse.

We do promise to do our best to ship out all orders the SAME DAY we receive them, but logistics will determine if that will be possible or not.

We realize that many of you who ordered the PHS300 were counting on the device as a Christmas gift for a family member or loved one, and truly apologize for this inconvenience.

We will still ship the orders using the same shipping method you paid for, and if you need to make any changes to shipping, or cancel your order please email sales@ 3gstore.com using the email address you have in our records, and remember to include your invoice number.

a "reliable source" at cradlepoint has determined that the PHS300's are in fact NOW on a flight and on their way to O'hare.

If you ordered a PHS300 from 3Gstore, you probably already received a FedEx tracking number today.

Good news. The PHS300 cleared customs at Chicago and we are expecting them at or warehouse this afternoon.

We have all backorders labeled, filled with everything but the PHS300. As soon as they come in, we will drop in the PHS300 and immediately ship them to you.

IF you want to get a PHS300, you can order today and we will ship it today (yes, you can get it before Christmas).
