Unfortunately I purchased a Linksys router from another source before finding this site and I am having some major problems getting the router and aircard to talk. My company tasked me with seeing if this would be a viable backup solution for our remote offices (about 15 of them). The air card is activated in my laptop and works great, but when I put it in the router it takes the router a while to boot up and then the web admin page says there is no card installed. I have downloaded the 2.00.9 updated firmware from both Sprint and Linksys' websites but have had no luck. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Brian

The Sierra AC595 card works perfectly with the Linksys router using the latest firmware for the router. My company has about 20 of them running 24/7. I'm surprised that you're having this "card not recognized" problem.

Also, make sure that you have the latest firmware for the AC595 by plugging it into a laptop and running the Sprint Connection Manager v3.04.006 (do NOT use the latest version from Sprint's website, use v3.04.006. A guy from Sierra Wireless told me that the new version isn't reliable). Then see if your AC595 needs a firmware update.
