I just got a KR1 with RK1011 firmware. I'm using it with a Sprint U720. Powering up the router with card in connects fine, but after minutes (not hours), it either disconnects and won't reconnect, or the light will continue to flash but disconnecting fails. I have to reboot the KR1.

Any ideas?

I have/had the same setup. The KR1 and u720 don't play well and it's documented all over this forum. If you let it stay idle all day it's fine, but push it at all and things like you described occur and constant reboots are required.
