I did speedtest.net and used chicago, IL, as I live just 2 hours north of there. And I have just about full bars, and my connection is low -80s, -70s for EVDORevA and xRTT. My speeds are like low 300s down and about the same up, with a ping time of 400+ Maybe an antenna would help. I have the U720 and its about 8inches from my computer on the USB cable, but idk what is cause the problem, or maybe its just normal for my connection quality.
