Only Data Card, Treo, and BlackBerry receive Sprint EVDO roaming, and believe its the same these Sprint Devices roaming in Alltel service area when roaming.

Actually it just takes PRL 40036 to roam on Sprint EVDO I believe. I'm running 40036 on my PPC6800 and have roamed on Sprint on several occasions.
