Loaded it up. Looks good so far. I bricked my router (was not plugged in all the way) and it took me a while to get it back up.
I will be able to tell on my trip tomorrow. |

| I know this is an OLD thread but I am about to upgrade equipment and still wanted to be able to do this. Is this possible with the MBR1000 or the MBR 1200. I wasnted to take advantage of the cash for clunkers program but hate to give this up. |

get a MBR1000 and look at some of my past threads on ways to get at the GPS data. all you need is the MBR and a modem that supports GPS. you'll also be more future proof _________________ PortoBatMBR1000 |

| There is no direct way of doing this. The closest things (unless you can convince Cradlepoint to allow USB to read the serial data from a stand-alone gps) is to get a wifi serial adapter and plug a GPS into it. |
