i need to be able to roam onto verizon's EVDO network. Is there a wm6 hack to do this or anything like that??? anyone!????

Sprint/Alltel only have domestic EVDO roaming agreements. Verizon doesn't EVDO roam with anyone yet. You can roam on Verizon 1xRTT with Sprint cards/phones though. Force roam and force 1xRTT.

I don't think you could hack your way into Verizon as the userid/password is setup for Sprint, which is already allowed on Verizon 1xRTT. Might be possible if you changed the id/pw to a valid Verizon acct, but I doubt it.

Nope, ESN and Akey authentication would still fail. There is no way to roam from Sprint to Verizon or vice versa on EVDO.

Just edit the PRL, and edit out the HDR part that connects to the Sprint/verizon towers. If you are still interested I can tell you how to do it.
