Im sure this has probably been covered before but I couldnt find it Confused So Im starting a new thread here.

Im trying to figure out a cost/performance ratio for cabling. What is the approximat net dbi loss of an evdo signal at 1900mhz on a 50 foot run of 9913, LMR400 andLMR600? Can someone point to an online calculater to figure this out?

thanks

Dean

Also, does a regular "N-Female" connector mate with the wireless card pigtail supplied by the 3gstore ?

For TimesMicrowave LMR and other cables you can use:
http://www.timesmicrowave.com/cgi-bin/calculate.pl

for Belden cables like 9913, you'll have to go to their web site and get
specific product information. 9913 info appears to be at http://bwccat.belden.com/ecat/pdf/9913.pdf

Though N is a very common connector type it's a bit large compared to
those used on phones. I suspect that few of
the common pigtails come with one so you'll probably have to build
your own cable or get an adapter.
