I have the USB720 from Verizon that I use for home internet. I get signals in the mid 90's and if I am lucky I might get two bars. I have one of the boosters but when I use it my signal jumps to 98 or above.
I used to have hughesnet satellite internet service and the dish is still on our roof. I was wondering about the possibility of utilizing the dish as some kind of antenna. Now keep in mind I dont know much about how this technology works, so if I am way off base here then thats fine, it was just an idea.

You could uses a biquad feed placed at the same position as the old satellite feed horn. Just Google "biquad feed" for a lot of how-to info. Did you read this thread?
