Wireless Router needed

I have a webcam on an island. The only internet service is dialup for it. I would like to rig it up with verizon wireless EVDO Rev A. Basically the camera will send a picture to my website every ten minutes. I would like to connect to the camera remotely from time to time to see the live view... but not let others do that. The webcam does not use a PC. It has an RJ45 connection that I use to connect to my current router (I use this to login to the webcam when I am on the island, router not attached to the internet). I need a router that will either stay connected to the internet or will reconnect on its own from time to time or on a schedule.

Any recommendations?

First the obvious question, have you checked that there is Verizon BroadbandAccess coverage?

Is the webcam only RJ45/Ethernet or does it also have WiFi?
