Didn't see it on any list, but when I plugged in my V620 I am getting EVDO access now in Greenville, SC. Only post I could find was one saying they be surpirsed if it was here by Christmass.
I am on I-85 where it meets 365, 100% signal strength with an external antenna. |

| Have you determined how far the coverage extends? I drove through Greenville today had the signal for only about 8 miles from downtown. I live about 23 miles from downtown so was curious if you have any additional info. |

No... I was just there driving through and stopped for awhile to check out the new shopping complex and run over to CompUSA to pick up some supplies.
They may just be starting to power things up, Nobody around there even knew it was available or even heard of it. |

| I now hear that the signal is only available in and around the Verizon Call Center which is located at I-85/Woodruff Road/I-385 for the use by Verizon employees located in the building. I am hearing that the service will not be available otherwise in the area until February 2006. Anyone else have additional info? |

CompUSA is right off Woodruff road and that parking lot is where I tested it.
Guess I found a Diamond in the rough.
wonder if this still qualifies for the antenna contest?... its a pain driving around testing every location I stop in!!! |

| I talked with a VZW rep today who generally confirmed the signal is available only at the Verizon Call Center on I-385 at Butler Road. He says at times the signal is active and extends a mile or two from the building. The info he has is that service will be available in Greenville during the first quarter of 2006. |
