my download speeds are super slow it runs at 20 kbps and I dont even want to mention my upload speed I called sprint technical support and they said I need a new modem but mines is new and today I went to the sprint store and they said that it works fine but its super slow for me and Iam in a high speed area can someone please help me? I would apreciate it so much Sad

You haven't said the type of modem, or if it is just a problem in the KR1, or any other detail. And it could be the card. What does Windows or Mac report the signal strength as and what speed do you get there?

I have a U720 and my pc says it is running at 230 kbps but it runs at 20 kbps and the highest I seen it run is 50 kbps
