| Alltel finally opened a ticket for the constant random disconnects and hang ups with EVDO here, thinking there may be a tower problem. Mainly because I mentioned there is another user in the area (QBall) that is having the same issue with the same card (PC5750). What I want to know from those who have had a ticket opened, how long does it typically take for a response? |

I did not ask for a ticket, but I reported a tower outage recently. It was out for 24 hours, but it was a weekend. 24 hours of outage is abnormal for me, so I figure they actually had to do a truck roll to the tower.
So far I have been satisfied with the response times. |

Well, if a recent tower outage is any indication, I'm not going to be happy. The last time a tower was out, it was down for 4 days. And their comment was "if it's still down Monday, call us". That was on a Thursday, and Monday it sure enough came up. |
