Starting today all Franklin CDU-680s that ship will have a printed tip sheet for Mac Users.

We had a few customers that had problems with getting their CDU-680s to be recognized in their PowerPC or intel based Macs.

If you already received your CDU-680 from 3Gstore.com and you are having problems with your G3/G4/G5 or Intel based Mac (the CDU-680 is not being recognized), please email support at 3gstore dot com and ask for the Franklin CDU-680 Mac Tip Sheet and we will email it back to you.
