KR1 - Red Status Light

When I make all the necessary connections to my laptop etc in accordance with the manual I am getting a red status light as the KR1 is doing the initialization processes. I am using a Kyocera KPC650 card.

Can you help me out on this one asap?

1. Is the 650 initialized or activated, i.e. does it work in a laptop.

2. Is it seated all the way and/or does it detect it and display something on the status setup page?

3. Are you where you can get a decent signal (also check the status and/or the laptop application for signal strength)
