I have a Verizon data plan and aircard.
When using my aircard plugged into my laptop, the Access Manager software tells me the type of signal - 1X or Broadband. In addition it will not connect in a roaming area.
Is there any way to get the same info and feature with the aircard in the KR1?

Welcome to the forum Clay. I'm afraid there's not any way to get that info nor is there any way to update the firmware, PRL, etc. with the card in the KR1. You can see a rough signal meter but it's just a 1 to 10 bars type of deal. |

Thanks for the info. That's what I suspected.
I can still ckeck the phone and get the info and just not use the router in a roaming situation but the sofware was sure convenient.
Of course using the router and not having to plug the card back and forth into two laptops is also pretty convenient . |
