Hey I was wondering what signal anyone would recommend an antenna at. I have a sierra wirless 595U modem. My signal fluxates from -74 to -81 and usually sits around -77. I was wondering if this was worth investing in a antenna or if that is good?
The Docking port by itself helped alot. In the docking port it gets -77, out of the docking port its around -90.
here are my speedtest.net results.
doesnt let me link my speedtest results because im a noob
but i get about 1 meg down 260 k up and around 190 ms ping.

OiMouseboy,

I'm on the fringe and get -111 to -76...especially when the big trees blow...

So last night I tested my 595U at my girlfriends house and was getting a steady -76 and the speed test numbes were similar to yours also...

Heck, if I could get -77 average where I live, I'd be really happy...

Payne

Personally, If I could get the kind of signal your getting I dont think I'd bother with an antenna.
