| The other day, I downloaded a ~4.3 MB file through Connection Manager. From reading the forums, I believe this was the latest firmware upgrade. However, nothing happened after the download completed—I still have firmware version 145 and PRL 60608. (I even uninstalled and reinstalled Connection Manager.) Is there a way to force Connection Manager to redownload and install the latest firmware? Thanks. |

| Are you sure it wasn't the software upgrade for SCM instead? What version SCM do you have? |

| Well, that's the latest SCM if you're running Win XP and using a Novatel card (S720, U720, etc.) You didn't mention your setup. |

| If there's a firmware update you need and don't have that's an automatic thing as far as I can tell. THe "Check for Updates" feature is for SCM updates if I'm not mistaken. I wouldn't worry about it unless you're having problems of some kind. |
