losing signal bad! i bought a usb extension cable to move it higher and away from computer see if i could get better signal and i am getting barely any signal 1 bar or none, when i click diagnoistics it says connection device signal unknown 108 and thats the only problem! this happened about a day or 2 ago and its been fine for a month! i am on u720 and vista and i dont have the latest software fireware for connection manager even though i tried installing the new .013 version doesnt make any difference, i get signal then drop i had 5 bars earlier then it dropped to none! what a pain, any help will probably call sprint tomorrow....i also read about the blog on firmware and towers, i have the download of .013 from sprint software download page but does that include the firmware cause i cant d/l the update in my sprint manager and that is a larger file then the 1 on the sprint download page
