Just got mine 2 days ago, and am very weak on signal as well.
But the real problem is the terrible Lag,Or Ping. like 9999
Can some of you all post if your pings went down with the additions of the amplifiers and/or antannas?....Real good place to test is speedtest.net
Talking 140 Kpbs down and like 10-20 up. Thanks in advance.

Pardon me, This was 3 days ago and no one answered....My ping or lag even with 2 Bars on the sprint connect gui still pings 9999...anyone got this down to say 150ms with boosters or the Trucker antenna?...Would like to know soon so I can send it back if not.
Thanks again

Do you have and EVDO signal or 1xRTT? 1xRTT has terrible latency and the speeds you posted are 1xRTT speeds, though 140 seems a hair high. In 1xRTT areas I get 600-800ms pings and in EVDO RevA areas I get 90-120 on my u720.

Test your pings using the command prompt C: ping www.google.com
Don't trust the pings to speed test sites.

How do ya tell for sure?
The Wireless network connection says CDMA 1x EV-DO.
But when I hover over the Satalite looking signal with meters says 1xrtt.

That is apparently NOT evdo. Also, looking at the Sprint coverage map it doesn't show EVDO anywhere near Grove, Ok. if that's indeed where you're located. Sorry.
