This thread will discuss compatibility between Sprint's new Sierra Wireless AirCard 597E Rev-A ExpressCard and various EVDO Routers.

Since none of the current EVDO routers have an ExpressCard slot, it will be necessary to use an ExpressCard to PCMCIA adapter.

Soon as we have a 597E in house for testing, we'll update this thread.

We were able to do brief testing and have determined the following:

597E does NOT work with either KR1 or Linksys routers.

597E DOES work with TopGlobal MB6000 and MB6800 routers,
using the expresscard to pcmcia adapter.

In the TopGlobal routers, there was no recognizable speed loss.

We've updated our Device Chart and Router Chart accordingly.
