There's no longer a button in the Device Info & Diagnostics screen in the latest software version.. I checked when disconnected and connected.. I am so NOT in NDIS mode.

I have not tried this with the 720. On my previous cards, I just went through the activation process again when I know I was in the providers area of coverage and not roaming onto a secondary carrier. I do this on a monthly basis. I am sure someone will be able to provide you with an easier solution
