I have a Verizon wireless Kyocera KPC650 wireless card. I am using a Compaq nc6230 with Windows XP, sp2.

I've installed the drivers and software. When I insert the card, I get the normal windows balloons preparing the card for installation. Then I get an error message that says the installation failed and my hardware may not work properly. When I go into device manager the NEC PCI to USB Open Host Controller has a yellow circle with an exclamation mark next to it.

The issue is not with the card because I installed it on another PC with no problem. Anyone have any suggestions?
