No Contract / Upgrade

I may have dreamt this up, but I am sure I saw where one could purchase a U720 without a contract, as in upgrading an old Rev 0 modem. For the last few days I have been searching around and can't find anything relating to buying without a contract.

Bottom-line is I have Franklin CDU-550 and want to upgrade to Rev A. What are my options?

I think you can always purchase hardware at full price and not have to extend the contract.

we had them for a while at $249.99 (full retail)
but have since run out of supplies.

we are constantly looking for new inventory (aside from sprint direct) and may have more stock in june.
