Anyone know the difference between the 811201 and 812201?

I have a guy that is offering me a deal on a 812201, but I am on Alltel's network. The frequencies look the same.



811201:

Verizon, US Cellular, Cellular One, Alltel, Bell Canada, Telus, Cingular, Sprint, T-Mobile and all other Cellular/PCS carriers.

812201:

Cingular, T-Mobile and all other GSM carriers.


My question is will the 802201 work with Alltel?
