U720 will not connect

Just last night my U720 running on XP with IE7 desk top PC. Will not connect, I have full signal bars with -74dbm DOrA. It will either connect and disconnect over and over again OR will say it is connecting and never actually connect. I tried it again this AM and I am still getting the same thing. Any suggestions?

Call Sprint and report the problem. It seems more often than not these types of conditions are tower related and they don't really know the extent of the problem (if they even know there's a problem at all) until someone calls and reports it. Sometimes you've got to be really forceful too. Don't take the word from the first person you talk to when they say, "We don't have any reported problems in your area". It blows my mind when they say that!! Tell them, "Well, NOW YOU DO!!". Very Happy
