What does a person have to do to get customer service from 3Gstore ???
I am tired of e-mailing the same question about the same problem and getting responses that have absolutely nothing to do with the problem question.
Some of us actually do have to work for a living, which eliminates the opportunity to spend all day on the telephone getting zero results.

So if some one would either e-mail me or post a msg here in answer to this question, "What does a person have to do to get customer service from 3Gstore ???"
Once again I don't have time to waste on the telephone.

There are 6 support tickets created by you in our support system and each of them had responses from us (some with many responses attached to the same support ticket). Are you not getting our emails?

Since, your last question, was questions related to your Sprint bill and what the charges were, a detailed email was sent.

If you are not getting our detailed responses, check your spam filter.

In your last email to us you stated:

The "extra charge" you are seeing on your first bill, is that Sprint charges you for the current month and the "next month" on your first bill, then after that, they bill you the $59.99 before each month. You pay before the month starts. Also, you pay taxes on the equipment, which only appears on your first bill.

If you want me to post the details of the last email up here, be glad to.

BTW, I checked in our ordering system, and you emailed and asked for your MSL Unlock code and we emailed that on 4/24/2007 @ 2:34PM CST a few hours after your card was delivered to you.

If your initial posting was from a lack of response to that question, we also responded.

If you are not getting emails from us, I know you don't have time to waste, but I promise that it would only be a 15 second phone call to tell you the unlock code (or check your spam folder), or I would be happy to post it to this thread.

It took Sprint less than 5 minutes to figure out that you billed incorrectly. Look at your OWN billing!!!

Once you correct this fiasco, we will contiune on with all the other problems with this order.
And yes read the e-mails that I sent you.

Also I did not intend for this to be a public bashing of the poor customer support from 3Gstore, but being you wish to make it such I will be more than willing to post all E-Mails from you, Sprint, and the recorded phone calls.

More research done...

Looks like Sprint billed you and we billed you for the same ExpressCard Adapter. In your emails, you were asking us to explain your Sprint Bill which we did.

A credit for $49.99 will be issued today.

Michael, if it only took Sprint less than 5 minutes to figure out, why did it take so many e-mails and posting here for some one to finally look at the whole picture.
Good customer service would of caught this fact right off like sprint did when I inquired with them.
Next back to my original question: What does a person have to do to get customer service from 3Gstore ???

There are numerous other problems with this order and personally I would rather not have to post them here in order to get results.

Now how do you want to handle this???

We called Sprint, got the break down for every charge on your bill and replied to your original question with a detailed explanation. Never got a question asking about your invoice from us (antenna you ordered), so we didn't look there.

That was my exact original question to both you and Sprint at the SAME TIME. If you read the e-mail you sent, you will notice it says roughly if you have a billing question contact us not sprint.
Difference is Sprint got on the ball and did some checking.

Now as previously asked:

When I ordered a KR1 router from 3Gstore it didn't work properly with my old Air Card 580. Kyocera's solution was to replace it TWICE. When the 3rd one STILL failed to hold connectivity they said "well all we can do is keep trying new units." I called up 3Gstore and asked them what I could do to fix this situation and they told me to mail the KR1 back and they will exchange it for a Linksys router no questions asked. That's customer service my friend! I have had good experiences multiple times with this company. You are just being ridiculous.

I took the time to call customer service....they are open 'till 7PM CST and Scott walked me through over an hour's worth of procedures to assist me with my routers. THAT is customer service at it's best! Too bad you have so little patience. BTW.....your experience with Sprint is the reason I went with Verizon. Maybe you should too. In the menatime, try to be a little more reasonable with 3-G.

I also have to disagree with the original poster about bad service from 3Gstore. I ordered my Sprint S720 and KR1 router from these guys on Thursday right before noon. Within 15-20 minutes, I already had all kinds of email confirmation, order tracking, etc. By noon the following day, I had my S720 and KR1 in hand, and was up and running in under 10 minutes.

My card was already activated from Sprint, and the KR1 was already updated to the newest RK1008 firmware. I didn't need to update anything, I just made sure I downloaded the newest Novatel Connection Manager from the Sprint website. The whole setup works great, better than I expected!

I am a *very* pleased customer of 3Gstore, and will definitely look to them in the future whenever I need anything else.
