Hi, I live in a broadband-challenged area; it is about ten miles from the Sprint EVDO coverage area. I'm wondering if there is some way to hook my EVDO card to my rooftop UHF TV antenna (which can rotate) and receive a signal. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Won't work. Wrong frequency. Our hosts here, 3GStore, sell some antennas that will work. You can find others with an Internet search. Read some of the threads here dealing with antennas. You'll pick up the basics pretty fast.
