I just purchased Verizon's PC5750 card and I was considering the Linksys WRT54G3G-ST Router to set up my network (2 Laptops, 1 Desktop, and an Xbox 360). However I would prefer my Xbox 360 to be wired directly into the router, but I noticed in the review that "EVDO PC Card must be removed to allow the Internet Ethernet port to work."

I'm a bit confused, what is the point in even having ethernet ports if you can't use the mobile connection? Or does this mean that you must remove the card to have mutliple Ethernet connect devices communicating? Am I understanding this correctly that I cannot plug my 360 into the ethernet port and use the mobile connection?

If the Linksys router isn't an option does anyone have a better suggestion?
I'm new to the mobile wireless scene (started learning about it on Sunday) and I've been searching the site for the last three hours and haven't been able to find a clarification on this, so any help would be appreaciated.

There are 4 ethernet ports on the LinkSys router, you can hardwire directly to those AND use WiFi on your computers with WiFi support for wireless internet. The WRT54G3G-ST handles the mobile broadcard and connects automatically.

You can have multiple ethernet and WiFi devices hooked up to the router at the same time.

The Internet ethernet port allows you to connect a cable or dsl modem to the router -- this "redundancy" is why you have to disconnect the EVDO card if that particular port is in use. Otherwise, like Michael said above, there are four ethernet ports that will support your other devices.
