I just tried http://192.168.1.1/Filters.htm and got Not Found...since it is just linux, does anyone know if there is an open telnet port on these things, instead of using web based all the time?

Is 192.168.1.1 your gateways actual address?? To make certain it is, go to START, RUN..., type in CMD (not case sensitive). This will take you to the dark world (DOS). At the prompt type: IPCONFIG. This will display your: IP Address, SUBNET and Default Gateway. The default Gateway should be your router - in this case it could be 192.168.1.1 but in some cases, its not. I don't know your particular setup so I am no help on that end.

However, if the Default Gateway is not: 192.168.1.1 then try that ip address with the /filters.htm. Also keep in mind that sometimes, the CASE is very sensitive. Try to use low case unless otherwise noted.

Good luck.

Try http://192.168.1.1/Filters.asp instead of .htm -- it brings up the Access Restrictions > Internet Access page.
