Victor...I wanted to make sure to write and tell you how much I appreciate all the time and above-and-beyond effort you spent helping me resolve my mystery router problem with Linksys.

I was already very impressed with your company from my experience with the first router/WAN card experience (the faulty Top Global) so I knew that you guys stood behind the products you sell, but when Linksys abandoned me even though my router was only a couple of months old, you guys helped me troubleshoot potential fixes and ultimately get me a new router that is working just fine. I hope you eventually got satisfaction with them. They could stand to learn a thing or two from how you treat your customers. If I were buying stock, I'd buy Evdoinfo on that intel alone.

I do recommend you to friends all the time (though I have to admit most of them don't "get" the technology yet). I will not make another move (unless it's to cable!!! ha ha) without consulting you guys first.

Catlett VA--Where there is no other broadband option and you guys bailed me out of a really lame satellite connection with latency issues and saved me a bunch of money on monthly fees and inflexible mobility options.
