Hi,

I have a couple 2.4 ghz antennas laying around. One is a 24dB parabolic and the other is a 13db grid.

Can these be used or modified to use with my 800-1800mhz px500 ?

thanks

Yes. 1900 MHz is easy, generally they work pretty well as they are.
See my prior post in:

850 MHz can be done but you'll need to put on a different feed. Expect
7-8 dB less gain on 850 than on PCS.
