|

Ok, it seems that 3Gstore.com's booster antenna has changed style from the old RIP tomb stone to the new portable fan style. here are two questions about the new booster antenna.
1. Is the newer design better than the older one? the newer one looks more complicated than the older simpler design.
2. Why does are there so many booster antenna for different models? I have both U720 from Verizon Wireless and also S720 from Sprint PCS, does it mean I have to buy one each? or I can just buy the S720 and it will work with U720 from verizon as well? |

The newer design is just a new look for the antenna. the performance has been tested to be identical as the older unit.
I guess someone got bored with how the old one looked? or maybe the designer is a trekkie fan?
we list different models for the antennas because most evdo devices require a specific adapter cable.
if you have multiple devices and only want to have one antenna, you simply need to have the right adapter cables for your devices, and swap them around as needed.
check out the assortment of adapter cables using this link:

Here's a photo with the new antenna and a U720 for size reference:

Wow the new design looks weird (compared to the old one). Can you post some more pics? _________________ --Larry |

Thanks for the info, shouldn't the S720 and U720 share the same type connectors? |
