I too was on the Sprint download page and chose my OS (OS X) and there is a download link there are 3 downloads available. The latest one being 1.1, and it supports AC595, 595U, and 595E.

Does this mean that it is Mac Compatible now?

Here is the link:

http://www4.sprint.com/pcsbusiness/support/downloads/items.jsp

And it is listed under MAC OS so I don't know what is going on.

I do not have a card to test. I returned it because I am waiting for full support.

I downloaded scm 1.00.056.0 from the sprint site and I've tried various ways to install it but can't get it to work. After the install on my xp desktop (which shows as completing successfully), I get a microsoft error everytime I try to open connection manager. I'm back to using the previous version for now. I've not heard of anyone else having the same issue I'm experiencing ???

As stated the new Sprint connection manager is only available for Sierra.

The next major version will support more (or possibly all) Sprint cards for Windows XP/Vista.

A 2.0 Version will add support for Mac OS X and possible Linux. This isn't shipping yet.

That is not very nice Nullie! Sure looks like something for us non Sierra card users to really look forward to. Maybe it won't be too long. Rolling Eyes

Who can I contact if need assistance with the Connection Manager?
For help with the Sprint Connection Manager software, feel free to visit us at http://www.sprint.com/support. Alternately, you can contact us via e-mail at support@sprint.com

Be ready to supply information about the version of Windows and the type of wireless device you are using as well a description of the problem you are experiencing.

Email support@sprint.com, I'd be interested in knowing whether or not it does as well (being that I am thinking about going to Vista 64-bit). 64-bit support is very important.

Has anyone tried this with ICS? I installed it and it would now allow me to use my existing LAN connection for sharing. It said something about existing connection already in use. I had to disable, then connect to sprint, then re enable my LAN connection.

I really want something that works. I have been having frequent "unable to browse/gets stuck in dormant" mode.

Has anyone who has used this experienced a speed increase or stability as a result?

Note this is only for Sierra cards. I believe you mentioned a few times that your express card is the Novatel EX720 didn't you? If so, this wouldn't apply to your card.
