Look for the Kyocera KPC650 to be available for purchase on the Sprint EVDO network over the next few weeks.
Which means that Sprint High Speed Wireless Access will have:
Sierra AirCard 580
Novatel S620 (Same as Novatel V620)
Kyocera KPC650 (not sure if the name will change to Kyocera S650) _________________ EVDO :: EVDO News :: EVDO Antennas :: Buy Verizon :: Buy Sprint :: EVDO Amplifier |

Michael,
How reliable is your information on the availability of the KPC650 from Sprint?
Do you still think it will be available soon? Is it worth waiting to purchase this card?
Thanks |

It doesn't look like Sprint will be selling the KPC650 after all.
Does anyone have any more information on this? Kyocera refers all questions to Sprint. Sprint apparently no longer has this card on their list of future supported products.
Thanks |

My contacts at Sprint tell me that the Kyocera KPC650 release is going to happen very soon, and possible this week (or next week).
Also, it looks like Sprint and Sierra Wireless may have had a falling out and the Sierra AirCard 580 may no longer be available.
Which means, that when Sprint makes their EVDO network official, they will have the Kyocera KPC650 and Novatel Merlin S620 - the 2 BEST EVDO cards.
This is very good news! _________________ EVDO :: EVDO News :: EVDO Antennas :: Buy Verizon :: Buy Sprint :: EVDO Amplifier |

| Any comparisons/recommentations of the Novatel and Kyocera? I'm a Sprint customer and ready to go EVDO and want to get the best card. Oh, and BTW, I'm a Mac user. |

This is very good news! | That would explain why on Sprint's website the A580 has been out of stock for almost a month. Geesh. _________________ EVDO Addict. |
