New logo may infringe on Staple's Service Mark

Whoever made your's might have "accidently" resized and slightly blurred Staples ServiceMarked button (Basically a Trade Mark for a symbol). The shadows and lighting are exact on both.

Figured if it might be a problems you were not aware of and someone should let you know before they do.

Not 100% sure if they produced the entire image themselves or if the buttons image may be owned by someone else who may be able to sell it to others. ServiceMarks are a little strange... Such as Apple Records and Apple Computer's lawsuit.
