Sprint has a press release that explains how you can use EVDO as a backup if and when your wired connection goes down. This is a clever marketing plan to give people another reason to try EVDO.

This "Data Link for Wireless WAN" product appears to use a product with the capabilities of the Kyocera router, Stompbox, or Junxionbox.
Does anyone have any more information on the hardware being used to offer this service? |
