After 20 years of Mac Consulting, I've seen so many neurotic attacks on Apple by disgruntled Windows users, and now phones...
Nothing new about unhappy Windows users attacking Apple. Whenever I use Windows I feel like attacking Apple also but for not becoming the dominating OS and so on. I think Apple should create a version that runs on Windows computers but seeing how much trouble people are having now with their hardware, that is probably not a good idea as it would drain Apple's resources trying to keep up with all of the assorted gremlins caused by companies using cheap, buggy hardware in the products.
Attack rants are a way of gaining attention and responses from people who would otherwise not ever notice the ranter. Sometimes they do have value but when the ranter keeps repeating the same thing over and over and over...
Isn't it amazing that the Nokia phone guy was willing to waste all of his time producing that hate filled web page rather than enjoying the company of friends and family or something similar? |

Mr. Kettle... I'd like you to meet Mr. Pot... 
I don't mean that personally to you, but an Apple user complaining about Windows users neurotically attacking Apples... we'll what can I say? At least we Windows' users don't have a TV commercial doing so! 
Like all others, Apple has trade-offs in their products, and Windows based products have theirs. That's just the way engineering (and product economics) is. There are attacks made from both camps. To me, it's not worth the time or effort. I've got better things to do.

But it is a loving commercial made in fun but for the serious reason of making money. And there are some serious points being made.
What is Microsoft going to do, point a finger and warn people that a Macintosh works and they'll love it so they should buy Windows?
But what I meant was the rage and anger directed at Apple by the guy in the Nokia web page.
Now that is not common to everyone who uses a PC but I have encountered so many PC users who have come at me with anger and almost rage in their heart attacking and belittling me for using a Mac. This is the point I was making. Maybe it is just one of those male combat things where the lesser male has to attack the big male to try to establish themself. |

One would think after the Nasdaq went to 5,000 and then collapsed people would have learned all that glitters is not gold. The mayor of Philadelphia camped out to purchase an iPhone -- all based on the word of Apple and Steve Jobs. |

So what you are saying here is that everyone that has purchased this particular phone has made their purchasing decision solely on a single persons word? Oh please.....

It's hard to imagine the vast majority of people who camped out and waited on line to purchase an iPhone the first day of its debut doing so without Steve Jobs' promotion of the iPhone. |
