WTF?

My laptop was damaged a couple weeks ago so I haven't been using it with the E815 Alltel connection. I drug out the other laptop for a trip and noticed there was no EV signal showing on the phone. This was approximately a week ago and there's no sign of it returning.

I had an excellent connection and signal strength until now. It now shows the D with a box around it.

Is there some sort of maintenance or system change that I'm not aware of?

I live in a smaller town (Ottawa, Kansas) south of Kansas City. I went up to the KC area last night and there still wasn't an EVDO signal where there used to be total coverage when I first got this setup a couple months ago.
