New to U720 just some question?

I am new to Wireless ISP but from what i have see on forums thought that my Latancy time should be lower. I got the U720 anyone know why its so high?
I have downloaded a program called Ping Plotter and in it tells me that in #1 spot pinged its location is ..

#2 100% Packetloss

#4-11 is Same Place but diffrent IP adress why is that ?

#12-23 is diffrent Place pinged

I did ping DslReports.com my (ms) is 155-256 ...[/img]
