Roaming on to SPRINT Rev A with Altell service?

Is it possible to roam from Altell service onto Sprints Rev A now that they are "sharing" service? Or do you have to actually be a sprint customer?

I'm sure you can do it but you have to use a Rev A card to take advantage of the higher speeds. I don't know of any Rev A cards on Alltel so don't think the higher speeds on Sprint Rev A will apply.
