Verizon will be announcing their first EVDO Rev A PCMCIA card tomorrow (12/15/2006).
We are getting in our first shipment tomorrow and are now taking orders
Of course, Window users with a PCMCIA slot can also use it.
Sprint has been shipping this card for a few months, so be sure to check out our router compatibility and card compatibility guide (to be updated soon). _________________ EVDO :: EVDO News :: EVDO Antennas :: Buy Verizon :: Buy Sprint :: EVDO Amplifier |

In your just updated EVDO Router Comparison, you state the Sierra AirCard 595 for Sprint is compatible with the Top Global MB6000 router using firmware 1.1.23.
Is the AirCard 595 for Verizon also compatible with the Top Global MB6000 router and firmware 1.1.23? |

|
|
| While booster-antenna.com has lower prices for the KPC650, V620 and V640, the price for the Verizon AirCard 595 (initially posted at $139.99 with 2-yr contract, plus $25 activation) is higher than that offered by the Verizon Wireless online web site. Will you match their online web site 2-year contract price of $99.99 with free activation online? |

| Can this card lock onto EVDO only (i.e., lockout 1xrt)? |

our prices were established yesterday based on initial disussions with verizon, and long before anything 'official' showed up on their site.
we're working to find out what price _we_ will actually be charged, and then decide quickly, what price we can extend to our customers.
our history shows that more often than not, we're cheaper than what the consumer can get from verizon stores... and we plan on doing whatever we can to keep it that way! |

We adjusted our prices today, now that it is official:
AC 595 2 year, $119.99 - $50 mail in rebate, net cost = $69.99
AC 595 1 year, $199.99 - $50 mailin rebate, net cost = $149.99
For anyone that ordered yesterday or today, you are automatically being billed the lower price.
FYI, the AirCard 595's just arrived (so they are not vaporware). _________________ EVDO :: EVDO News :: EVDO Antennas :: Buy Verizon :: Buy Sprint :: EVDO Amplifier |

So there you have it.
Verizon's price for the Rev-A Sierra A595 card is lower than Sprint's (on a 2yr plan)...
And Booster-Antenna's price is (once again) lower than Verizon's website.
no more excuses. place your order now!

FYI,
The shipping AirCard 595 only includes VZAccess Manager V 6.0.0-1507F for Windows, not Mac OS X software included and no "Mac Compatible" logo on packaging.
We think that the recently pulled VZAccess Manager 3.1.2 may be compatible, we will do more testing on Tuesday. _________________ EVDO :: EVDO News :: EVDO Antennas :: Buy Verizon :: Buy Sprint :: EVDO Amplifier

I just got off the phone with Verizon (Sat) and they have informed me
that REV A is ONLY operating in the Los Angeles area right now. I live in Miami Beach, FL, and asked if they could give me a ROUGH idea of when it will be coming here...their reply: they THINK first quarter of 2007.
time to move to LA!
