I have been a long time reader, first time poster.

I have been waiting for the Novatel USB modem from Sprint for many months and have been watching these sites for news.

Last week, when they announced the U720 here on this site, I was very happy.

I ordered one right away.

I received mine yesterday and I am VERY happy.

Mostly, after ordering from this site, I was very surprised that I received a few email statuses keeping me updated on the status - I didn't have to keep calling.

I got the modem as promised and it works great. Also, I told a friend about the availability and she also ordered from here, she ordered Wednesday morning and she received it via UPS Thursday afternoon!

I haven't neeeded any support, but I am glad to know that I can call the guys I bought it from for support BEFORE calling Sprint. These guys appear to really know this stuff and I am not sure why anyone would buy at a Sprint store (they are clueless when it comes to this stuff).

Anyways, thank you EVDOinfo/Booster-Antenna.

I agree what with Doglover said.

I have been waiting months for the U720 and ordered it earlier in the week and got it on Thursday.

I had one problem, when I got it, I didn't know how to unlock it (forgot to read the piece of paper that came with it). I called over to the tech guys at this site, got thru in 30 seconds, and was off the phone 1 minute later, and I was connected thru my u720.

I am using it on my Windows PC and I am watching the other thread up here waiting for Mac support. It is really funny how Sprint said the U720 was Mac compatible, the guys up here said it wasn't yet and then Sprint removed the claims.

Thanks again Booster guys!
