It's the DNS 'area' that should be compared with the link, not the IP address assigned of your card. The HA address is what you would be assigned to based on area.

My U720 shows "area4" which makes sense as I'm in central Indiana. I haven't done any ##DATA tuning at all.

From Montreal of all places. All of the Canadian sites are giving me the fastest results. Atlanta only 838. Daytime results only half that.

I wonder if it has anything to do with using the USB port next to the power outlet on my MacBook Pro?

Just as a note..... my new U720 in the same place as my old S620 in REV 0 in the same KR1 gets better ping, better DL and better UL, I have no idea why, its REV 0 all I KNOW is that it seems this new generation of devices is good for REV 0 as well!>??
