WRT54G3G-ST hardware identical to WRT54G3G-xx?

Just wondering if the WRT54G3G line all shared the same hardware. I'm stuck with Verizon (through my company) and am wondering if I can use this with my PC5740 card right now, then just flash the router firmware if Linksys comes out with a Verizon version. Thanks! Very Happy

This is NOT an authoritative answer to your question but...

I have a Linksys WRT54G3G that I ordered from England before they were available here. It was designed for use with UTMS cards from a UK cell provider.

We reflashed it with a patched copy of DDWRT and have used it with both S620 and S720 cards from Sprint.

Now that the G3G-ST is available in the US, I've been planning to try reflashing it with Linksys firmware as soon as a firmware load shows up on the Linksys support site.

When we get around to doing that, I'll post the results here.

Sorry! Wrong info in the last post. We're running OpenWRT on the UMTS WRT54G3G, NOT DDWRT.
