What speeds to expect?

When tethering from my cell phone, I get 365K download and only 33k upload speed. I'm getting 2 bars on my cell phone with these speeds. Should I expect the same speeds with a datacard plus inside the KR1 router?

It really depends on the card. Generally speaking, cards will be a tad faster than phones. However, network conditions will make that figure vary widely. Concerning KR1, it will neither reduce nor enhance your EVDO throughput.
