If you purchased a laptop with embedded EVDO, you have to activate your embedded EVDO card BEFORE it will work.

A list of current Sprint embedded EVDO Cards:


Sony VAIO TXN10 Series

To activate your card:

On our order form select Embedded EVDO

In the order notes, enter the ESN number of your card. You can get the ESN number, by launching the installed Sprint Connection Manager that was pre-installed on your laptop, and looking in the About Box.

The 11 digit number is your ESN (Electronic Serial Number), just enter that in your order notes.
